Breathwork has been such a powerful tool in my life, and I’m so excited to share it with you, whether in a group or one-on-one setting. It helped me break free from old habits, release stuck energy, let go of past wounds, and shift my perspective on life—it's truly transformative. The best part? It’s available to everyone because we all breathe! It might seem simple, but most of the time, we don’t really pay attention to how powerful our breath can be.
Breathwork can help regulate our mood, calm the nervous system, and bring a fresh burst of energy into your everyday life, along with so many other physical and mental benefits.
In my sessions, I focus on the healing side of breathwork, guiding you to use your breath to shift your consciousness with awareness and tap into your body’s natural healing abilities.
I completed my 200HR breathwork facilitator training with Samma Karuna Awakening and Healing School in November 2022, and I’m excited to share what I’ve learned with you.

his simple breath practice is designed to help surfers like you connect with your body, increase lung capacity, and get more comfortable with breath holds. Breath awareness will help you feel more grounded, calm, and ready for the waves, while also improving your overall breath control. We know that breath holds can feel intimidating or even anxiety-inducing, especially when you're in the water.
This session is perfect for anyone looking to dive deeper into their healing journey and receive my full attention, or for those who may not feel comfortable in a group setting. It’s a holistic approach that addresses your physical, spiritual, emotional, and psychological well-being, helping you grow and develop through a specific breathwork technique, alongside your intuition. In this space, you’re in control—you go as deep as you feel guided to, and your intuition leads the way.
While group sessions have their own magic, there’s something special about having one-on-one time. You get to fully focus on yourself, let go, and not worry about anyone else’s energy or judgment if things come up during the session.
Sessions can last anywhere from 2 to 3 hours, depending on what you need. Before we start, we’ll have a relaxed chat to get to know each other, talk about what you’re hoping to get from the session, and explore how I can best support you. This is all about creating a space where you feel safe and comfortable to really open up.
The benefits:
In this session, we’ll use the power of our breath as a healing tool to open up our energetic body and allow energy to flow freely. By using a specific breathing pattern, we can bypass the conscious mind (the part of us that’s focused on safety) and dive into the subconscious, where we can release emotions that may have been suppressed or stored in our body and mind. This practice helps kickstart the natural healing process and allows us to let go of what we’ve been holding onto.
The session is held in a small, intimate group of up to 10 people, which creates a supportive environment for deep healing.
This 2-3 hour workshop includes a detailed explanation, practice of the breathing techniques, and integration time at the end. There’s also space for sharing and any questions you might have, so we can all reflect and connect after the experience.
The benefits:
There are many benefits to yoga. There is the obvious physical one which we can see after a few weeks of practising. Stretching, breathing, strengthening and keeping the joints mobile by moving the body in different directions from those we use in our day to day life.
With yoga we learn more about our body by pushing our limits, exploring, softening and playing. But that is only a start, there is so much more and you will be able to see it after some time of practising.
Let's break down all the preconceived ideas of what yoga should look like and concentrate on what it feels like.

This 60-minute class is all about you! It’s designed to meet your needs, with my full attention on helping you find the right alignment and flow. I keep things light, mindful, and joyful because yoga should feel good—and I’m here to make sure it does! My goal is to support you in the best way possible, whatever your journey might look like.
Before we start, we’ll have a quick chat—either by phone or email, whatever works for you—so we can talk about what you want from your practice. I’d love to hear about where you’re at in life, what your goals are, and if stress, anxiety, or fatigue are things you’re dealing with. We’ll discuss how yoga can help, just like it’s helped me.). Of course, only if you're interested! It’s also a great chance to see if we’re a good fit for each other, since everyone’s unique and different.
These classes are perfect for anyone—whether you want to dive deeper into your practice, feel more comfortable than in a group class, are healing from an injury, or just want to connect more with your body. Whoever you are, you’re welcome here.
The class could run a bit longer (up to 75 minutes) so we can include a meaningful meditation, some breathwork (pranayama), and wrap up with a peaceful, relaxing Savasana. I also love sharing tools and practices that you can carry with you into your day-to-day life.
