Breathwork has been an incredible tool in my life and I am grateful to bring it to you in group settings and 1-2-1 settings.
Breathwork enabled me to break my old patterns, release stagnant energy and emotions stored in the body, let go of past wounds, and gain new perspectives on my life and also life as a whole.
Breath can regulate our mood, bring joy, calm down the nervous system, connect to our intuition, stimulate the vagus nerve, bring energy into our daily life, and it offers many more beautiful physical and mental benefits.
I finished my 200HR breathwork facilitator training in November 2022 with Samma Karuna Awakening and Healing School, and since then I have been exploring and practising other modalities.

This is a session for someone who would like to go deeper on their healing journey in a more intimate setting and in a class which is prepared specifically for them to fit their needs. This practice aims to help you physically, spiritually, psychologically, and emotionally by using a specific type of breath and your intuition. This means you are in the driver's seat and you go as deep as you want or let your intuition guide you, along with my full guidance and support.
By being in 1-2-1 settings one may feel more comfortable and able to let go .
This session could be 2-3 hours long depending on your needs. It includes grounding, a little relaxation practice, breathwork and integration.
We will have an informal chat before the session so I can get to know you, see what you would like from the session and how I can help you, and also to create a relationship so you can get to know me in order to feel comfortable during the session.
The benefits:
Would you prefer a group session? Together, we will use our breath as a healing tool to open our energetical body (opening nadis) to let the energy flow freely and without resistance, to start the natural healing process. By bypassing our conscious mind (our ego which is trying to keep us safe) using a particular breathing pattern, we enter into our subconscious mind and also a different state of consciousness, where we can let go of emotions, which we did not allow to be expressed at the time or stored in the memory of our body and subconscious.
This is held in a small group setting of 10 people maximum.
2 – 3 hour long workshop with a detailed explanation, practising the breathing exercises and integration at the end with a space for sharing or questions.

There are many benefits to yoga. There is the obvious physical one which we can see after a few weeks of practising. Stretching, breathing, strengthening and keeping the joints mobile by moving the body in different directions from those we use in our day to day life.
With yoga we learn more about our body by pushing our limits, exploring, softening and playing. But that is only a start, there is so much more and you will be able to see it after some time of practising.
Let's break down all the preconceived ideas of what yoga should look like and concentrate on what it feels like.

This is a 60-minute yoga practice suited to your individual needs, with my full focus on your goals/intentions with precision and alignment. I offer a light-hearted, mindful and joyful approach to yoga.
Prior to your class, we will have a short phone call or e-mail conversation, depending on your preference, where we can discuss what you'd like to get from your practice. I would also like to discover where you are at in your life, your lifestyle, goals and needs etc. If you are affected by issues such as stress, anxiety or fatigue we can discuss how yoga can be beneficial for you. This 1-2-1 class is suitable for everyone - the person who would like to go deeper into their own practice, or the person who finds the public classes a little bit uncomfortable, the person who is healing from an injury, or the person who would like to build a deeper understanding and relationship with their body. Whoever you are, you are welcome.
The class might be 75-minutes long to give us time for a meaningful meditation, breathwork (pranayama), as well as ending the class with a relaxing and yummy Savasana. I like to also include tools and practices which you can carry with you into your day to day life.
Doing yoga outside is somehow even more special and grounding. Picture yourself doing yoga at sunrise or sunset, with a group of your friends or family. Connect with nature while doing something great for your body and mind.
This yoga class will be a 60 minute long practice including asana, pranayama and meditation.
Maximum number of people for this group is 12 people, so I can provide a few yoga mats and props.

This class is suitable for everyone, where you are completely new to the practise of meditation and would like personal guidance, you already practice meditation and are seeking a deeper connection to your body and mind, or perhaps you are interested in a new type of meditation.
Let me guide you through different techniques to feel more at peace, balanced and aware of your thoughts and also leaving with tools/techniques to bring meditation to your day to day life.
This practice can be 30 minutes or 60 minutes long, depending on your needs and wants.
Prior to your class, we will have a short phone call or e-mail conversation, depending on your preference, where we can discuss what you'd like to get from your practice as well as any medical history and to help me to understand what would be the best for you. You can also determine if I am the right teacher for you.
